Love the vlog! I was just writing about being present as one of the cornerstones of success when I (distracted by Twitter) saw this. I am amazed by how this truth: be present, be mindful keeps appearing everywhere, from Dale Carnegie, to Buddha and so on. It’s definitely an enduring fundamental of a well lived life.
